- Information that we receive directly from you, your insurance or life settlement representative, your doctors or others. This information may include your name, address, social security number, email address, telephone number, health and medical information and information related to your insurance policies or annuities;
- Information about your transactions with your insurance company and/or New Advantage, such as payment history, underwriting and claim information;
- Information about your transactions with nonaffiliated third parties;
- Information that we receive from consumer reporting agencies.
What Do We Do With the Information We Collect?
The information we collect is used for the purpose of evaluating and qualifying life insurance policies. We may disclose information about you to our affiliates and to nonaffiliated brokers, providers or other third parties in the course of evaluating and qualifying the respective life insurance policies, or as required or permitted by law.
Who Has Access To Your Information In Our Records?
We use a system of rigorous safeguards to protect against unauthorized access to your nonpublic personal information contained in our records. These protections include appropriate physical, electronic and procedural practices. Access to your information is restricted to only those individuals who need to know the information to evaluate or qualify life insurance policies. We educate our employees about the terms of this Notice and the essential nature of confidentiality and consumer privacy.
